Keith Bailey
Co-Founder; President, Scripted
Keith Bailey began his career as a writer studying under the late Gene Rodenberry. But his love of the dark side, zombies and things that go bump in the night began in childhood after he was abducted by a serial killer. Having lived to tell the tale, Keith began writing his own fictions spine-tingling stories. His first feature, “Test Group,” a zombie epic secured him his own cult following who continued to devour his subsequent releases. With this success, he formed Crazy Cat Media and ventured into unscripted TV. He invited a heavyweight reality producer to help guide and they sold one of their first projects. With that success, they combined their intellectual properties and launched Crazy 1 Productions.
John Carlo Zenone
Co-Founder; President, Unscripted
John Carlo Zenone was an ostracized nerd growing up so he created his own worlds as a writer of soap-fiction which landed him an internship in NYC at a daytime serial. Passionate about story, he helped create, develop & produce memorable stories for such hit reality TV: The Bachelor, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Dance Moms, Honey Boo Boo, RuPaul’s Drag Race, to name a few. Known for his producing from the heart and honing in on the true story and capturing real conflict blended with touching moments is what has kept him in demand. However, his passion for sharing other’s stories to help viewers feel less isolated and more connected in the world is what drives his ambition to continue developing & producing unscripted TV with meaning & purpose. It also landed him an Emmy nomination.
Elena Cristiean

New Yorker's Elena Cristiean was every kid's hero on the playground and best friend on the walk home. Her larger than life personality combined with true genuine love for her family & friends carries over into her career where she truly gets to know her cast & crew. On screen it shines through as she is able to tap into the cast's deepest fears & secrets, and behind the scenes, she motivates the other creative forces to go that extra mile with their professionalism. With over a decade of experience producing branded content, reality TV, and independent films, she is a force to be reckoned.
